Mucinex maximum strength chesty cough tablets thins and loosens mucus (phlegm) to help relieve chest congestion:
- It thins bronchial secretions to rid the bronchial passageways of bothersome mucus

Mucinex comes in a unique bi-layer tablet:
- The immediate-release layer gets to work fast
- The extended-release layer provides symptomatic relief for up to 12 hours - all day or all night

Ingredients
1200mg Guaiphenesin
Directions
Swallow whole with water. Do not chew. Adults and children over 12 years: 1 or 2 tablets every 12 hours. Do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours. Do not give to children 12 years and under.
